Aziz is a career research, brand and marketing professional. He has helped B2B, B2C, and D2C marketers understand and engage their customers, build brands, generate leads, build loyalty, and achieve revenue goals across channels.
He has worked in leadership roles with WPP, the world’s largest marketing services company in Canada and across Asia. As a marketer, he has grappled with the dynamic challenges facing CMOs today, like accountability, discovery insights and interpreting data.
His experience spans diverse business sectors like Finance, Packaged goods (CPG), F&B, Retail, Hospitality, Real Estate, Automotive, Tourism, Healthcare, Not-for-Profit and Government services.
At Salt Strategy, Aziz is responsible for research planning and analysis, and strategy development.
Aziz has an MBA from McMaster University, is certified by the Institute of Communication Agencies, and by the Canadian Association of Management Consultants. He is also adjunct professor of business at the University of Guelph-Humber and aspires to take one-day storm the stand-up comedy scene.
